Ariki/Tohunga/Mangatoa/Aronui Challenge
Today we have a challenge...
We need to work together in a group of 4 and make the longest paper chain that we can within 10 minutes.
We split ourselves into the Te Whiringawha model. The children identified with which section they are mostly recognise in themselves.
The Ariki then went around and choose their groups.
It was a very interesting session watching the children working towards their goal.

Whetu Piata's Finalists
These lucky ducks were the children who were able to make their challenge into a video to be submitted to the Digi Awards.
We are waiting to hear if any of them got through... watch this space!!!
Our Digi Awards 2016
Our children have done themselves proud. Please take the time to have a look at your child's work. We are super impressed with all of the hard work they have done.
The successes with these Google Slides were a plenty. From level changes to examples of perseverance!
